Background and Discussion:
This On-Call Contract provides asphalt crack sealing services to areas throughout Precinct 1, $4,221.60 to the Final PCO. The purchase order will be closed out. The improvements are to provide crack sealing repairs to selected streets. This change order allows the Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
