Background and Discussion:
FY24 Call for Projects - Precinct 4 has taken to promote project partnering to better serve and improve its communities. A cooperative partnership with Harris County Precinct 4 on this plan to connect the community through sidewalks would benefit all residents within the Mayde Creek Coalition.
Expected Impact:
Safer pedestrian routes from residential subdivisions, Fire Station, Community Center, Parks, Bus Shelters, Medical Plazas, as well as surrounding schools in the area.
Alternative Options:
Court may elect to not move forward, and Harris County can explore additional options, however this will cause project delays.
