Background and Discussion:
The non-standard maintenance items are three (3) 4'x3' reinforced concrete boxes, two (2) 24" reinforced concrete boxes running below existing ROW, concrete headwall, and rip rap. This will help prevent erosional undercut and protect the soil surface.
Expected Impact:
Riprap will help to prevent wash out adjacent to the roads, loss of property, and erosion to keep public safe.
Alternative Options:
Court may elect to not move forward, and Harris County can explore additional options, however this will cause project delays
