Background and Discussion:
As part of the HR transformation, Commissioners Court approved the transfer of the Risk Management division from Human Resources & Risk Management (HRRM) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for FY 2025. As part of the reorganization, the HRRM Executive Director position was transferred to OMB. This request is to transfer the position back to Human Resources and Talent.
Expected Impact:
This position is expected to be used for the permanent Chief People Officer when hired by Human Resources and Talent.
