Background and Discussion:
The main changes are regarding: Movement of server from co-location in Utah to inside Harris County's Azure Cloud. Standardization of language and costs for Task Orders outside of the Master Agreement.
Expected Impact:
Improvement in software performance by being located within Harris County. Harris County has more processing power and network bandwidth, which is also easily configurable/upgradable within a cloud. Costs for annual maintenance will go down since CaseWorthy will no longer be managing the colocation and the hardware for the server. Streamlined process for software improvements and modifications to meet user and reporting needs in a timelier manner.
