Request for approval of a new interlocal agreement with the City of Deer Park to construct and maintain a public hike and bike trail along HCFCD Unit B112-02-00, with a combined trail length of approximately 1,500 linear feet. (Armand Bayou Watershed, Agreement No. 1539)
