Background and Discussion:

A "Chimney Swift Tower" is typically a human-made, stand-alone chimney-like structure built and intended exclusively as a roosting and nesting site for Chimney Swifts. The project involves constructing a 12-foot wooden tower atop an existing 2-foot metal stand, creating a 14-foot-tall structure for these migratory birds. The tower will consist of an inner grooved T1-11 siding layer, a middle layer of rigid insulation, and a pre-painted outer siding.
