Background and Discussion:
Venue and Catering Services for the Senior Luncheon were formally solicited, and no responsive bids were received. Texas Local Government Code Sections 262.0225(d) and 262.045 allows the Purchasing Agent to recommend procedures for obtaining necessary items where no competitive bids are received.
