We currently pay for 10 positions using the DWI/PTI program fees. This position is necessary due to the volume of cases that are processed through the various diversion programs.
Expected Impact:
Funding is available using Fund 2261 Diversion Program fees to for this position. We are not requesting funding from the General Fund.
