Background and Discussion:
The contract change is for an additional 35 days to complete the added scope of work regarding sanitary sewer service sleeves and waterline conflicts. The additional costs will be offset by a reduction in the scope of work in another part of the project.
Expected Impact:
This change will allow the contractor to construct the project so that Harris County can realize intended flood risk reduction benefits.
