Background and Discussion:
Request for approval of a new interlocal agreement with Willow Waterhole Greenspace Conservancy (WWGC) to construct and maintain a public hike and bike trail along HCFCD Unit D512-01-00, with a combined trail length of approximately 2,135 linear feet (0.404 miles). (Brays Bayou Watershed, Agreement No. 1541)
Expected Impact:
By entering into a hike and bike agreement with WWGC, it will allow WWGC to construct sidewalks and features for the enjoyment of the community. It also reduces maintenance responsibilities for the District as WWGC will be responsible for the vegetation management in the agreement area.
