Background and Discussion:
Harris County maintains Kleppel Road in Precinct 3. The road log number is 3J02802. Ownership of a small portion of land under Kleppel Road was determined to have not been wholly conveyed to the County when the original acquisition occurred. Harris County worked with the owner to correct the issue and have the County wholly own the property.
Expected Impact:
Harris County will be the sole owner of the land under this section of Kleppel Road. Chain of title will be cleared for the adjacent resident.
