Background and Discussion:
The HCUS FY2024 Annual Report is a compilation of the department's accomplishments for fiscal year 2024. This year, we focused on modernizing our digital infrastructure to better serve our community. Key achievements include the successful implementation of the IT Governance Policy, several senior leadership hires, and the launch of our Innovation Lab, which have enhanced services for our partner departments. Universal Services will continue to build on another transformative year as we lay the foundation for the future.
