Background and Discussion:
On September 25, 2018, Commissioners Court approved an Agreement with Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $1,061,000 for final bridge design of the SH 225 westbound to Sam Houston Tollway northbound and the Sam Houston Tollway northbound to SH 225 eastbound direct connector.
The original Agreement is being amended to increase payment from $1,061,000 to $1,611,000.
