Background and Discussion:
On November 13, 2018, Commissioners Court approved an Agreement with GC Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $336,500 to provide final roadway design of the SH 225 westbound exit roadway and Sam Houston Tollway northbound approach roadway for the East Sam Houston Tollway and SH 225.
The original Agreement is being amended to increase payment from $336,500 to $402,500.
The December 18, 2018, Commissioners Court authorized negotiations with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the design and construction of two partial interchanges - Tomball Tollway at Grand Parkway and Sam Houston Tollway at State Highway 225.
