Background and Discussion:
On October 23, 2018, Commissioners Court approved an Agreement with Crouch Environmental Services, Inc. in the amount of $263,000, for project-wide environmental services for the Sam Houston Tollway (SHT) and SH 225 direct connector project.
The original Agreement is being amended to increase payment from $263,000 to $555,000.
The December 18, 2018, Commissioners Court authorized negotiations with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the design and construction of two partial interchanges - Tomball Tollway at Grand Parkway and Sam Houston Tollway at State Highway 225.
