Background and Discussion:
On September 25, 2018, Commissioners Court approved an Agreement with LJA Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $2,350,000 for final bridge and roadway design of the Sam Houston Tollway northbound to SH 225 westbound direct connector and the Sam Houston Tollway southbound to SH 225 eastbound direct connector, the westbound approach roadway and the southbound exit roadway.
The original Agreement is being amended to increase payment from $2,350,000 to $3,065,000.
