Background and Discussion:
On November 13, 2018, Commissioners Court approved an Agreement with Paradigm Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $740,000 to provide geotechnical engineering services in support of approximately one-half of the final design of the direct connectors between East Sam Houston Tollway and SH 225.
The original Agreement is being amended to increase payment from $740,000 to $810,000.
The December 18, 2018, Commissioners Court authorized negotiations with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the design and construction of two partial interchanges - Tomball Tollway at Grand Parkway and Sam Houston Tollway at State Highway 225.
