Background and Discussion:
On October 9, 2018, Commissioners Court approved an Agreement with Scientech Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $1,126,000 for final bridge design of the SH 225 eastbound to Sam Houston Tollway (SHT) southbound direct connector and the SHT southbound to SH 225 westbound direct connectors between East Sam Houston Tollway and SH 225.
The original Agreement is being amended to increase payment from $1,126,000 to $1,621,000.
