Background and Discussion:
On October 9, 2018, Commissioners Court approved an Agreement with Weisser Engineering Company in the amount of $180,000 for surveying services in support of the final design of approximately one-half of the direct connectors between East Sam Houston Tollway and SH 225.
The original Agreement is being amended to increase payment from $180,000 to $290,000.
The December 18, 2018, Commissioners Court authorized negotiations with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the design and construction of two partial interchanges - Tomball Tollway at Grand Parkway and Sam Houston Tollway at State Highway 225.
