Background and Discussion:
The Housing and Community Development submitted an RFP to solicit Transportation Network Companies (TNC's) for the Harris County RIDES and Medical Non-emergency Transportation Program. The RFP was issued to increase capacity for both programs to better serve residents of Harris County enrolled in these programs. These transportation programs serve seniors, people with disabilities and vulnerable populations.
