Background and Discussion: This agreement provides labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals required to perform lawn care and landscape maintenance for various, downtown Harris County facilities. Maintenance consists of, weeding, mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, fertilizing, repairing of erosion, disease prevention, controlling pest infestations, trash removal, and maintaining a manicured appearance.
