Background and Discussion:
This Interlocal agreement replaces a previous agreement that expired on July 16, 2024, for development of a Regional Sediment Management Plan for the Upper San Jacinto Watershed with SJRA serving as the lead agency for the study. This Interlocal agreement will extend the time granted to the San Jacinto River Authority to complete the worked scoped into the previous agreement.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will replace the existing agreement to extend the time.

The alternative to approving this item would be to not execute this replacement ILA that grants a time extension, which would halt work on this project.
