Background and Discussion:
On June 27, 2023, Commissioners Court approved the advertisement to procure qualified contractors that
submit the complete lowest bids to purchase material needed in Precinct 1, 2, 3 & 4 (Countywide). This
material consists of Cobra Head Type LED Luminaires, LED Underpass Light Assemblies and Related Items.
Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority. This new contract will allow the supplier to provide the necessary Cobra Head Type LED Luminaires, LED Underpass Light Assemblies and related items as needed throughout the system.
