Background and Discussion:
Personal services exemption from the competitive bid requirements and a renewal option with Carpi & Clay Government Relations in the amount of $96,000 for development and implementation of a federal strategy for Public Health policy needs and investments for Harris County for the period of November 9, 2024 - November 8, 2025, as part of four (4) one-year renewal options.
Expected Impact:
Vendor will assist the County in developing and implementing a federal strategy for infrastructure investments to secure approval of and funding for key public health priorities.
