Background and Discussion:
On July 20, 2021, Commissioners Court approved an original Agreement with Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $2,800,000.00 to perform annual system-wide inspection and condition assessments of the existing bridges, retaining walls, ancillary structures, and associated appurtenances of the Harris County Toll Road Authority.
The original Agreement is being amended by this First Amendment increasing the payment from $2,800,000.00 to $4,600,000.00.
