Background and Discussion:
This On-Call Contract provides Outdoor Canopy Fabric Replacement services of parks throughout Precinct 1, deducting $6,640.20. This purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Engineering Department. This change order will allow the Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to the Precinct and allows Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
Alternative Options:
Precinct will need to find alternate methods to replace whole shade structures or their components or leave the damage structures standing.
