Background and Discussion:
This On-Call Contract provides Outdoor Tennis/Basketball Court Resurface and Restoration services at various parks throughout Precinct 1. The purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Engineering Department. The change will allow the unused funds to be returned to the Precinct.
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to the Precinct and allows Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
Alternative Options:
Precinct will need to find alternate methods for resurface and restoration services.
