Background and Discussion:
Project includes general civil services for variety of locations throughout Precinct 3. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Engineering Department. This change is due to some of the work requested by the Precinct is for RFIs that required approval by the Precinct, Engineer of Record and Project Manager required extra days to be added to complete the requested work. The extra money was due to sodding being added at the request of the Precinct.
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to the Precinct and allow the Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
