Background and Discussion:
Project includes completion of the two-lane concrete curb and gutter road with sidewalk on both sides and left turn lanes at the intersections approximately 7,800 linear feet of Anderson Road construction from 500 feet west of Hiram Clark Road to Almeda Road/FM 521 (Segment 2).
This change in contracts includes:
The increase in existing line items as well as the addition of new line items to relocate an existing 12" AC waterline. ($163,850.00 - 31 days)
The addition of new scope item to modify a Type A inlet. ($18,165.00 - 2 days)
Expected Impact:
Changes allow for compensation to the Contractor for actual quantities used in construction, in accordance with the original intent of the project.
