Background and Discussion:
Parkwood Estates Phase 2 includes construction of a new water distribution system at Charrin Drive with installation of water distribution line, fire hydrants, providing water connection to the eligible resident and decommissioning of private water wells. This change in contract includes the final reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities. Total = - ($253,967.01)
