Background and Discussion:
The data management strategy shall include, but not be limited to, a data initiatives governance process and an open data governance process. To accomplish this, the vendor shall:
? Provide discovery workshops to assess current data landscape and data management vision.
? Provide a Data Governance Model and Data capability matrix aligned with data management vision.
? Establish data capability mapping to Harris County business use cases to help design the roadmap.
? Establish a Data Governance model and execution roadmap.

Harness the value of data across the County and move towards more data informed decisions and outcomes to support the County's strategic goals.
