Background and Discussion:
The Cedar Bayou Park East and West Subdivision Drainage Improvements project site consists of subdivision drainage improvements and stormwater detention basin located south of IH 10 from Sjolander Road to Bayou
Boulevard, in east Harris County; discharging into HCFCD Channels Q113-00-00 and Q114-00-00. Major work
activities include approximately 25,300 linear feet of reinforced concrete storm sewer consisting of various reinforced concrete pipe sizes, reinforced concrete box sizes, inlets, manholes, junction boxes, culvert headwall/wingwall structures, removal and reconstruction of existing driveways and proposed detention pond.
The Change in contract request includes new items for the following:
* Temporary Residential Driveways - Added a new item, Temporary Residential Driveways with a quantity of 38 Each and an additional cost of $36,100.00. The original contract did not include an item for Temporary Residential Driveways.
