Background and Discussion:
Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 477 is requesting a few non-standard maintenance decorative items within the community. The non-standard maintenance items include street sign blades, black signposts and poles, multi-colored sidewalks, development logo on curb ramp landings, ADA-detectable warning tiles, ArmorTile warning tiles, and brick pavers in median noses. The construction of non-standard maintenance items will not impact the surrounding community and will meet all Harris County infrastructure regulations and safety precautions.
