Background and Discussion:
The project is to provide 2.94 miles concrete trail and 0.6-mile earth trail within Willow Waterhole Detention
Basin.
This change in contract includes:
(PCO-3) The addition of 15 days due to the time needed to change the design of proposed bollards along the trail.
(PCO-4) The addition of RCP, SET's and concrete collars for driveway called out in the plans and 10 days. Increase quantity for item #20 Concrete Collar by 2 each, item #21 Reinforced Concrete Pipe by 24 LF and Item #22 SET (Type II) (24") (RCP). Total Amount =$18,320.00.
(PCO-5) The addition of 5 days to remove existing corrugated pipe in conflict with proposed trail.
(PCO-6) The addition of 12 days for the time needed to review and revise the trail elevations.
(PCO-7) The addition of 36 days for the time to excavate excess quantity from bid item-excavation.
(PCO-8) The addition of 5 days due to work stoppage to accommodate Willow Waterhole parks organization event.
