Background and Discussion:
Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) provides services to youth transitioning out from foster care. PAL 206 is dedicated to Case Management and PAL Aftercare. The current PAL206_GY24 budget is $765,749.
Expected Impact:
Current and former foster youth enrolled in Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) services through the HAY Center will receive intensive case management that will aid in their transition to adulthood. Case management services include assistance with housing, employment, education, mentorship, transportation, and other basic needs.
