Background and Discussion:
This project includes the reconstruction of Holderrieth Road from State Highway 249 to 850 feet west of Hufsmith-Kohrville Road. Reconstruction includes an upgrade of the roadway from a two-lane asphalt road with open ditches to a 4-lane concrete curb and gutter boulevard with a 32-foot raised median.

To mitigate the conflict and prioritize the critical path, the relocation of the irrigation system and trees were imperative due to their conflict with subgrade. This change order is intended to compensate the contractor for the additional work.
