title
Request by the Department of Economic Equity and Opportunity for approval of an amendment to the Data Use Agreement with the University of Houston for the benefit of its Institute for Research on Women, Gender & Sexuality (UH IRWGS), evaluators of the Early REACH program to update the preamble and language regarding the exchange of personally identifiable information.

The amendment allows UH IRWGS access to valuable data necessary for in-depth analysis of Early REACH.
Alternative Options:
Commissioners Court may choose to forgo this amendment, which would limit the evaluator's analysis of the program's impact on centers, families, and child care markets.
