Background and Discussion:
Harris County to abandon a tract being a portion of the 60-foot-wide right-of-way for Decker Prairie Rosehill Road, no longer needed by Harris County or required for ingress and egress for the general public for roadway purposes due to the realignment of Cypress Rosehill Road; and that the public interest would be better served by abandonment of the same.
