Background and Discussion:
Harris County Engineering Department (HCED) received a request to manage the design and construction of Burnett Bayland Park Phase 1. The project will include a new community center, event lawn, playground, multi-purpose courts, soccer fields, drainage improvements, parking and other amenities.
Expected Impact:
To provide Precinct 4 with professional architectural and engineering design and construction phase services for the Burnett Bayland Park Phase 1. This project is funded by park bonds and anticipated grant funds.
