Background and Discussion:
Previous agreement to purchase NewRelic One, used to monitor, troubleshoot and improve performance of the tolling applications has expired. The addendum with Simplified Solutions allows the Toll Road Authority to continue to purchase the NewRelic One product. Request for approval of a Settlement Agreement for Carahsoft Technology Corporation in the amount of $93,252.00 for the reimbursement of expenses incurred as a result of invoice: #4410488INV which covered New Relic Enterprise User Subscription costs for the period of 12/30/2023 - 3/30/2024.
