Background and Discussion:
The employee is being promoted to a Lead Paralegal position which includes additional job duties. The Lead Paralegal will supervise four other paralegals in the Financial Crimes Division. In addition to the employee's regular duties, the Lead Paralegal will be responsible for supervision, management of the paralegal workflow and training. Increasing the budget maximum will ensure the pay is commensurate with that of the employee's peers.
Expected Impact:
Total Increase of this request for remaining pay periods is $2,129.00 and will come from the existing General Fund of FY2024.
