Background and Discussion:
The location of the work is in with Aldine Village (EAST) Subdivision in the Halls Bayou Watershed. The proposed improvements include installation of new storm sewer system, roadway paving, channel construction, and driveway removal and restoration work.
The Change in contract includes the following:
* Adjustment of work items due to field conditions - Added quantities to item #3, remove and dispose old concrete (driveway) including curb and headwalls - 44.21 square yards at $39.00 per square yard for a total of $1,724.19. Added quantities to item #10, remove and dispose of existing concrete or metal pipe (all sizes and shapes) - 31 linear feet at $18.50 per linear foot for a total of $573.50.
