Background and Discussion:
This program helps with transportation for the less fortunate by allowing for individuals to get easy access to transportation as needed for no- emergency services. This helps to enrich the community and allow for the elderly, disabled and those with low income to have a higher quality of life that this transportation brings.
Expected Impact:
