Background and Discussion:
510 Mallet Ln was last inspected March 2, 2023, and 1153 Old Phelps Rd was last inspected April 14, 2023. Both sites were found to be secured and maintained. Annual visits to these locations ensure compliance by the Landlord. Inspections will be performed by Harris County Real Estate Inspectors driving Harris County vehicles.
Expected Impact:
These two inspections will provide an updated inspection report on file to be placed in the file and initiate corrective actions, if required.
Alternative Options:
The County could choose to not allow the Real Estate Inspectors to drive Harris County Vehicles outside of Harris County limits.
