Background and Discussion:
Annual fundraiser event for the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Train Collectors Association. This event is a toy train show with operating train layouts, toy train swap meets and interactive activities for adults and children. Admission is $10. Event host will have cookies, hotdogs, and drinks to sell ranging in prices of .50 cents to $4.00. Merchandise vendor will have toy trains and related accessories to sell from $5 to $100. Mike Lewis is the Treasurer.
Expected Impact:
Expecting 150 guests. Set-up will occur from 7am to 10am. Event time is 10am to 4pm. Breakdown is expected to finish by 5pm. The event will take place at Bay Area Community Center in the main assembly hall and will use the surrounding parking lot.
