Background and Discussion:
Request for payments regarding the following:
A) annual Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) payments to the various municipalities and the Harris County Redevelopment Authority (HCRDA) in accordance with Interlocal Agreements previously approved by Commissioners Court, on behalf of Harris County and Flood Control District, for tax year 2023, in the amounts shown in the table below.
B) Harris County's annual Agreement payment to the HCRDA in accordance with the Agreement approved by Commissioners Court on October 23, 2012, between Harris County, HCRDA, and the Harris County Improvement District #18 (Springwoods Village Development), in the amount of $ 5,955,306. The payment will be disbursed by Harris County to the HCRDA, which will distribute the payment in accordance with the agreement.
