Background and Discussion:
Project includes concrete pavement repair for variety of locations throughout Precinct 1. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Engineering Department. The change will allow the unused funds of $5,753.31 to be returned to the Precinct.
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to the Precinct and allow the Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
