Background and Discussion:
Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is the Federal agency responsible for administering the
Ryan White Program. The GY 2024-2025 Final Partial Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) in the amount of
$19,152,454.00 from HRSA to Harris County is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris County Public
Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section. The previous grant year (GY 2023-2024) funding ended on
February 29, 2024.
Expected Impact:
The current grant year base funding under the County's Ryan White Part A grant is $27,129,925.00. The final portion of the GY 2024-2025 Notice of Grant Award in the amount of $19,152.00 is attached and will be
submitted to Court by Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section.
