Background and Discussion:
Request for approval of an additional position as part time Staff Attorney to assist in the management of caseload and reduce the workload due to one staff attorney being out on leave. Currently the court does have sufficient funds in the Judicial Support Fund 2161. This should only be temporary until 12/27/2024.
Expected Impact:
SFY24 - $11,520 based on 16 hours per week for the remaining in the 2024 fiscal year
FY25 - $8.640 based on 16 hours per week for remaining of 2024 calendar year
